This resort is a small off-grid historical retreat nestled deep in the Sequoia National Park on freehold property, minutes away from breathtaking Mineral King Valley. What makes this high altitude destination so unique is that it shares history with two of the oldest alpine settlements in California.
PIPELINE: A new lodge is almost complete, and an up-scale “Ryokan-style” section of the resort has been master planned and designed by Japanese architect Shigeru Ban.
Project Novi Nis, is a mixed-use development on 15 hectares (37 acres) in the center of the city of Nis, located on a former Yugoslav military base. The military-civilian conversion project will include affordable housing, a two-phased shopping center platform; office and hotel facilities; multiple residential options; a technical university; hospital; regional art center and much more Novi Nis is at the crossroads of two major European Union corridor motorways that are soon to be completed in 2015.

Project Novi Nis, is a mixed-use development project to be built on the site of the former military base known as Bubanjski Heroji. The Novi Nis mixed-use development is located in the center of Nis, within the municipal district of Palilula.
Spread out over 15 hectares (37 acres), the project will include a commercial shopping center; an office and hotel area; numerous residential options; a technical university; sports facilities; a childrens hospital; an art center and much more.
67 houses designed by Shigeru Ban were developed by the CEC LLC team for Muslim families in the Sri Lankan village of Kirinda that was totally destroyed by the 2005 Tsunami.
Global awards were received by MIPIM, ULI, CNBC and recognition from the Aga Khan.
PIPELINE: A bespoke “treetop” resort facility is being planned on a 7 acre site owned by CEC LLC.
